Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Great condition both sides.
• There is slight paint scuff on the handle. Part(s) are metal and so could easily be hidden with some touch up paint or replaced.
• There are some light scratches around the doors. Could easily be hidden with some touch up paint.
• Condensation in three of the panes – see glazing section.
• Missing a weather bar at the bottom of one of the doors, this is metal with a brush pile behind. You may be able to get this online but you may also have to have this manufactured – see last photo.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Internally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately in the middle.
• When fully open, 2 doors stack to the left and all 3 doors stack to the right internally.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• 3 out of the 5 panes have condensation inside the panes. We can order in 3 new panes at a cost of £540 total inc VAT, this will take 7 days to be delivered to us.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 24mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations. Please note, these would need to be installed by your fitter or glazier.
• If you want to order yourself, the units required are:
• Width: 77.6cm, Height: 244.2cm x3 panes.
• The panes of glazing are 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Anthracite Grey and the colour of the hinges is Black.
