Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Missing Parts

• Barrel and Handles missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no barrel or key.

Security

• 3 point ‘ASSA’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 52mm thick triple glazed, frosted, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is matt Anthracite Grey and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has Silver coloured hinges.
