Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Comes with a new silver fitted handle.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with a new barrel and 4 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
• See Velfac online for an instructional opening video.

Glazing

• Glazing is 52mm thick triple glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is matt Anthracite Grey and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has Silver coloured hinges.
