Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• The threshold frame connector has broken (see photos) – new frame connectors can be purchased online.

Missing Parts

2.5m of E-Gasket for the toplight – we are currently trying to source this so it can be included with the door.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 4keys.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 210.8cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Slightly tinted, which helps to regulate a building’s temperature, increases privacy, and offers sun protection.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
