Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Very clean condition both sides.
• One pane of glass has been replaced as it got damaged on removal. Although it looks identical, on occasion there can be an ever so slight differences in tint due it being made by another glass manufacture. Please see last photo for a comparison between the existing glass and the glass from our supplier.
  Pane replaced was of the highest quality: 28mm Argon Gas, Low E, Toughened, with matching spacer bar.
• One of the internal handles is loose but this can be easily replaced for a low expense and fitted easily.
• Light scratches around the external frame which can be covered by trim.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
• When fully open, and all 4 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• The door have no external handles so can only be opened and locked from the inside. This offers a higher security and a more aesthetically pleasing look.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Black.
