Aluminium Bi-folding Doors, produced to the highest quality by Smart.
Would cost around £2,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Not sure on the exact age of these doors, but they look modern and don’t look like they have had a great deal of use.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Tiny chip on the sill, but easily touched up- see last photo.
- Missing key for the handle, but doors still lock shut. A new handle and key can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- The doors open in twos from the left there is no main traffic door.
- When fully open, both doors stack to the right (see photos).
- Doors are bottom rolling.
- There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside – this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey Ral 7016, with a matching frame either side.
- The handles & hinges are Black.
