Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Paint chips in a few areas on the external side which could be touched up.
• Residue paint flecks on external door which could be removed with solvent cleaner.
• A small dent on the external right-hand edge of the frame – a competent fitter would be able to reshape this before installation and conceal with trim.
• 1 x glass panes has multiple chips on the external surface. This would have been from building work being carried out after the glazing was removed. It is only cosmetic and does not affect the glass at all, but if you didn’t want to see it you would need to replace the glass pane. We can do this- see glazing section below. See last photos for defects.

Security

• 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
• When fully open, the 1 door stacks to the left and the other 3 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has leaded Georgian Bars externally and internally inside the glazing, these can’t be removed, so if you wanted clear glazing you would have to replace all the glazing.
• The measurements for the glass pane you may want to replace is: Width: 81.8cm Height: 195.4cm Depth: 28mm. We can order a new pane of glazing at a cost of £245 total including VAT (28mm, Argon Gas, Low E, Toughened, with Leaded Bars). Please note the tint on the glazing may not match, so it maybe better to order it clear and find a film that matches the rest. (checked JH)

Colour

• Duel colour, externally is matte Black and internally is matte White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Black.
