Condition

• Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Security

• 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 5 keys.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Toplight

• Just the toplight / window is 27.6cm in height and can be removed if required.
• This would leave just the door frame height of 207.6cm.

Sidelight / Window

• The sidelight / window on its own is: 28.5cm in width and can be removed if required.
• Just the frame width is 145.3cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
