Aluminium Patio/Sliding Doors in Black, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Cortizo’. We believe these to be Infinity doors, which have a very thin sightline and looks like just one large pane of glass. They also have the textured paint finish, which is a very expensive extra at around £2,000 alone- this type of paint doesn’t require cleaning and doesn’t mark from rain.

Not sure on the exact age of these doors, but are modern and don’t look like they have had much use.

Would cost around £10,000 if you were to order new direct.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Paint residue on the top of main door (see photos) which can be removed with solvent cleaner.

Security

• 4 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys.

Opening

• The opening door is on the left and slides to the right, when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 48mm thick triple glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• It is most likely self cleaning glass as well, but we have no way of knowing this.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matte Black with textured paint, also has  a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
