This comes with two frames, one Aluminium and it is supported by a uPVC frame. The measurements in the table are for the larger outer UPVC frame.

The Aluminium frame measurements are:- Width: 231.3 cm, Height: 198.3 cm, Depth: 9.5 cm.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The wooden piece from one of the handles, is missing. This does not effect the operation of the doors, is only cosmetic and the handles could easily be replaced for around £10. 
• Light crack on a bottom corner of the uPVC frame, however once fixed into the wall this wouldn’t cause any issues. This frame does not need to even be used, its only to support the aluminium frame.

Security

• 4 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The opening door is on the left and slides to the right, when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White.
