Aluminium Patio/Sliding Doors in White, with Laminated glazing which is an expensive extra.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Great condition both sides.
• There is a small chip in one of the panes of glazing (see photos). This does not affect the glass at all and is only cosmetic.
• Small bit of rust on the edge of the frame, but this would be hidden with trim when installed. Missing rain cap cover. See last photos for defects.

Security

• Comes with 2 keys.
• Locks via the switch on the handle.

Opening

• Traffic door is in the middle and slides to the left, when viewing from the outside. The sidelights are fixed and do not open.
• Can only be locked from the inside, there are no external locks.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver.
