Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Slight scratch to the right side of the exterior window which could be easily touched up.
• The internal vent cover is very slightly bent (see photos) which is purely cosmetic, and does not effect the operation of the vent.
• There is a scratch on the one edge of the internal frame (see photos) which would be hidden by trim when the window is installed.

Security

• Multi-point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm triple thick triple glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has leaded Georgian Bars externally & inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
