Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
• Small scratch above the external vent cover (see photos) which could be easily touched up.

Security

• Multi-point locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys with this window, however it can be locked shut by turning the handles from the inside. New handles, complete with keys, can be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick triple glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has leaded Georgian Bars internally, externally, and inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
