The window thickness is 7cm, compared to the standard 4.4cm factory made products.

When purchased direct, these come with a 60 year life expectancy.

Condition

-Brand new, has never been installed.
-Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
-Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.

-Small dent on the exterior.

-Small hairline crack to the rain sill. All defects do not affect the window at all and could easily be hidden.

-Handles are missing, however these can be purchased online for around £5 each.

Colour

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt Pale Cream, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has Brushed Stainless Steel hinges.

Externally opening windows. All the panes open – see photos.

Security

The top openers have 2 point locking system and the bottom openers have a 4 point locking system (including the corners) making it very secure.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with White warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
