Hardwood Casement Window, bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Please note: One window is missing from the frame, however this section can be cut off if desired. The Width in the table opposite is for the entire window as it is currently. The Width with the end section removed would be 164.6cm.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• One pane of glass is cracked, however we have ordered replacement glazing and it will arrive separately along with the window, ready to fitted by your installer. This glazing is 18mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, and will pass building regulations.
• The varnished is slightly weathered, as you may except to see on a reclaimed wooden doors.This item could benefit from being painted or re-varnished .
• A dent on the frame (see photo), but would be hidden when installed.

Security

• Multipoint locking system.
• There are no keys with this item, but it can still be locked by using the handles on the inside. New handles complete with keys can be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 18mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar.
• There is no condensation occurring between the panes.

Colour

• This product has been professionally varnished and sealed from factory. This offers a tough and resilient coating, requiring no maintenance, whilst still showing the original wood-grain throughout.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
