Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The wood is split on the sill and one edge of the frame (see photos) – we do not have the missing piece, however a competent carpenter would be able to fill/repair this.

Opening

• Externally opening windows.

Glazing

• Glazing is 18mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar.
• There is no condensation occurring between the panes.

Colour

• This product has been professionally varnished and sealed from factory. This offers a tough and resilient coating, requiring no maintenance, whilst still showing the original wood-grain throughout.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
