• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.

Security

• High quality 4 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.
• Could be upgraded to ‘Kubu Smart Lock’ by installing Kubu Smart Kit.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £60.00 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 24mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Black, with a white frame either side.
