Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light marks on the door and frame but are cosmetic only and do not affect the product.
• There are screw holes on the frame from a previously fitted doorbell, which could be filled or covered with your own replacement doorbell.
• Rain sill caps are missing but can be replaced at low expense. (see photo)

Security

• 4 point locking system making it very secure.
• Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick triple glazed, distorted metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has a leaded pattern inside the glazing, which cannot be removed. So if you require completely clear glass you will need to replace the glazing entirely.
• There is no condensation occurring between the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Blue and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
