Composite Front Door in woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), bespoke made to a very high standard.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Odd faint/light marks in some places (see last photo), but nothing exactly noticeable. These could be easily touched up.
- Chrome furniture is lightly tarnished, however, it could be fixed using a strong cleaner (such as Brasso) or be replaced online at a low expense and easily fitted.
- A brand new chain and track comes with the door and can be easily fitted.
Security
- High quality 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘Eurospec’ key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
- The door is not currently secured to the frame, however all necessary screws for this are included and should be a simple task for your fitter.
Toplight
- The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 197.3cm.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 31.2cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 91.1cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 122.3cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, frosted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak) and internally is woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
