Composite Front Door.
Would cost around £1,200.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Paint chips to ‘one’ of the hinges. These however are metal and could easily be touched up/ painted.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 ‘Union’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There is one sidelight of width 26.9cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 92.9cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Black and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
