Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light cosmetic marks on the door externally on a few spots (see photos), however, these can be hidden with a light touched up.
• Rubber seal on the threshold is lightly torn on a spot (see last photos), however, this can easily be replaced at a low expense.
• Two screw holes on the sidelight from previous fitting (see photos), but can be filled and touched up.

Security

• High quality 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘Eurospec’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• The sidelight / window on its own is: 36cm in width and can be removed if required.
• Just the frame width is 84.2cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally is wood-grain Green and internally is wood-grain White, with a White frame both sides.
• The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
