Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has some of its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.

Security

• 3 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is triple glazed, distorted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has leaded bars inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
