Composite Front Door in Woodgrain White, bespoke made to a high quality.
We are not sure on the exact age of this product, but it’s modern, in excellent condition, and has seen little use.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Screw holes on the external side from the previously installed door number – these could be easily filled, or covered with a new replacement number.
Security
- 3 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with a new barrel and 3 ‘ERA’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish when installed so there is nothing to step over.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
