Composite Front Door in Blue, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Two screw holes on the right exterior side of the frame from previous door bell (see photos). These could be filled, or covered with a new door bell.
- Faint scratches on the external side, and on the lower internal side (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Blue and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
