High Security Composite Front Door with Sidelights in Woodgrain White, bespoke made to a very high standard.

This is a High Security composite front door and is far superior to standard factory made doors. The door slab thickness is 6.8cm compared to the standard 4.4cm, it’s around twice the weight and is substantially stronger. The door slab overlaps the inside frame which gives a double seal, leading to a higher energy efficiency rating.

Would cost around £2,000.00 if you were to order new direct.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Overall in its excellent condition both sides.
• Some parts of the item were manually painted, leaving paint flecks and faint traces in a few locations. Could benefit from being repainted.
• Weathering to the handles which can be replaced online for a small expense.
• Light marks on the hinge covers, however these are metal and can be touched up easily or be replaced.
• Screw holes on either side from the previously fitted doorbell and bolt lock – these could be filled, or covered with new replacement furniture.
• The gasket is frayed slightly in one place. New gasket can also be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• High quality 9 point ‘Mila’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two split pane sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 35.3 cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 90.1 cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 125.4 cm.

Glazing

• Glazing for the door is 24 mm thick and that for the sidelights is 28 mm thick, distorted, double glazed, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has a beautiful 3D decorative pattern on the door glazing.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is wood grain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
