Brand New Composite Front Door in woodgrain Cream, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Small crack on the top section of the frame which will not affect the integrity or operation of the door when installed.
- Hinge Covers, Door Knob, Escutcheon, and Rain Sill are Missing – these can all be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- 4 point ‘GU’ locking system making it secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, frosted, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Cream and internally is Woodgrain White, with a White frame either side.
- The colour of the hinges is White.
