Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts/Defects

There are four screw holes on the front of the door from the previous door number, which could be easily filled or covered with a new replacement number.

The low threshold bar will need to be fixed into place as the clips which secure it to the uPVC frame have broken. Your fitter should be able to do this upon installation. Alternatively, new clips can be purchased online at a low expense.

There is a small amount of rust occurring on the internal letterbox cover – this could be removed with an abrasive material such as Scotch-Brite, or alternatively new letterbox covers can be purchased cheaply online and fitted easily.

Security

Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.

3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.

Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘Zone’ keys.

Opening

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

Glazing is double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.

The colour of the handles is gold and the colour of the hinges is white.
