Brand New Composite Front Door in woodgrain White, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Security
- 3 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain White, with a White frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
