Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint marks but still in excellent/very clean condition on both sides.

Defects

• This set has sold- Set 10 – One hole externally in the middle of the glass panes and internally 4 screws either side of the letterbox and 4 screws and holes where a automatic door closer has been removed. Has water in the spy hole so will need to be replaced – these can be purchased online for a low expense.
• Set 11 – Has an In & Out sign stuck on above the letterbox externally and internally 4 screws either side of the letterbox and 6 holes where a automatic door closure has been removed as well as two small hooks in the door. Has water in the spy hole so will need to be replaced – these can be purchased online for a low expense.
• This set has sold-Set 12 – Internally 4 screws either side of the letterbox plus 8 other holes above the letterbox on either side, and 6 holes where a automatic door closure has been removed. It also has 4 holes above the glass in the beading internally.

PLEASE NOTE: All screw holes can be easily filled or covered with new replacement furniture.

Security

• 3 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys per door.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
