2023 High quality bi-folding doors bespoke made by Cortizo.

Would cost around £3,000 if you were to order new direct. See third photo for an invoice from a similar set of doors (this is without glazing).

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.

• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.

Security

• 3 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.

• When fully open, and all 3 doors stack to the right.

Doors are bottom rolling.

• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £545 total inc VAT for all 3 panes.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations.
