August 2023 Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Everest’.

To order these new bespoke with glazing would cost over £7,000. See photo 2 on the listing, for invoice of identical doors (just slightly different measurements), this price is without glazing.

We are unable to offer the warranty stated on the invoice, but it shows how confident Everest are in these doors and how well they are produced.

Everest are German-made and offer some of the latest security and energy efficiency rating on the market.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Security

• 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘ERA’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £545 total inc VAT.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey Ral 7016, with a matching frame either side.
