Composite Front Door in Woodgrain Brown (Rosewood), bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Door-Stop’.

Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Screw holes on either side from the previously fitted knocker and alarm sensor – these could be filled, or covered with new replacement furniture.
• Small scuff on the external side which could be easily touched up.

Security

• 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish when installed so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• Glazing is triple glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Decorative externally leaded glass with an ornate 3D beveled diamond design inside.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Rosewood) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
