Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• There are a few slight light marks on the internal side – these could be touched up.

Security

• 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, 2 doors stack to the left and the 1 door stacks to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £650 total inc VAT, this will take 7 days to be delivered to us.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.
