Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

• Rain cap covers comes separately with the item, these can be easily installed.

Security

• Multi-point locking system (top / bottom corners) making it very secure.

-Comes with one key.

• There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.

• Doors open in twos from the right when viewing externally (there is no main traffic door). When fully open, both doors stack to the left.

• Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.

The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
