Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Some small cosmetic chips to the wood and paint in a few locations (see photos) which could be easily filled and touched up – these doors could benefit from being repainted.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Bolt escutcheon is missing (see photos) but can be replaced at low expense.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 shoot-bolt key.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with a silver metal spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the hinges are Solid Brass.
