Please Note: The door thickness is 5.8cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Screw holes on the doors from previously fitted hooks (see photos) which could be filled, or covered with your own hooks.
• There are marks around the frame from the previous installation (see photos) which would need to be sanded and repainted after fitting.

Security

• 7 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally, and inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass, you would need to replace the glazing entirely.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
