Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Rain sill and Vent are missing – these can be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily.
• There is a lip around the whole of the frame, please see last photo. The measurements for the internal door are Width : 91.1cm Height : 210.8cm

Security

• 9 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £150.00 total inc VAT, this will take 10 days to be delivered to us.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Anthracite Grey and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
