Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Light scratches on the glass from storage (see photos) – these are barely visible and do not effect the integrity of the glass.
• Hinge top covers are missing, however these can be purchased online.
• Comes with two brand new sets of White vent covers (1 for each door) which can be fitted by your installer.

Security

• 9 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 ‘Yale’ keys (three per door).

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
