White uPVC French Doors with Sidelights, with a ‘Liniar’ profile.
We are not sure on the exact age of these doors. However, they are modern, are in great condition, and have seen little use.
Would cost around £3,000 to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- The missing glass pane has been replaced (not pictured) and will arrive separately, along with the doors, ready to be installed by your fitter.
Security
- High quality 8 point ‘Kenrick’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 4 ‘Kenrick’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 230.4cm in width.
- Just the door frame width is 200cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 430.4cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
