Condition

• Brand new, part installed and removed the same day.
• Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Light blue mark on external top part of the frame which would be covered with trim when the window is installed again (see last photo).

Security

• 4 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.
• When fully open, the right-hand window opens to the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, frosted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Distorted glass with a decorative texture.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
