uPVC Casement Window bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Liniar’.
Would cost around £800.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Sill End Caps missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- 6 point locking system making it very secure.
- There is no key to lock the handle, if you wanted keys you would have to replace the handle which can be done cheaply online.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Black and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
