Wooden Front Door, made to the highest quality by ‘Masterdor’.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Screw holes from previous number and door closer, however these can be filled easily.
• 6 screw holes externally on the frame, but these are already been filled and hardly noticeable.
• Scratch mark internally on the door, but these could be hidden with a light touch up.
• Hairline crack internally on top right corner of the frame, however this will not effect the operation of the product at all.
• Light marks on the handle and paint chips in places.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.

Security

• High quality 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• Glazing is 7 mm thick safety glass, wired (impact/ fire resistant).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Green, with a white frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
