Condition

• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable (see photos), would be covered by trim when installed any way. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Small dent and metal chips on the edge of height extender, however these would be hidden upon installation.
• Light paint chips in spots, but these could easily be touched up.

Opening

• Window is fixed and does not open.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality windows at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
