Condition

• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Carefully removed by professional fitters.
• There is a slight scratch on the beading. Could easily be hidden with some touch up paint.(Please see last photo)

Opening

• Window is fixed and does not open.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, with a matching frame either side.
