The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Putty is flaking in a pane on Set 2 and paint is flaking in some places, nothing a sand down/re-paint wouldn’t cover.
MISSING PARTS
- 1 glass pane for set 2 and 2 bottom glass panes for set 3 are missing, however these could be changed at a low expense.
Security
- There are no keys with this window as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
- Window Set 2 opens to the Left, while Set 3 opens to the Top (Awning), when viewing from the outside – See photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is thick single glazed, clear and toughened.
- Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security. It also gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally.
- If you wanted to get the set sand blasted you would need to replace all the units, see below for costs:
- We can get this window professionally sand-blasted/stripped down to the original steel and then re-painted in any colour.
- This would cost extra – please message for a quotation.
- Please note when this is done all glazing and putty is removed and new glazing and putty would need to be installed by yourselves.
- The price does not include new glazing but we can order this in at a cost of around: Double glazed: £250, Single glazed £150.
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Black and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Solid Brass and the colour of the hinges is Black.
