Condition

• Brand new never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Small mark on the handle which could have occurred  when door was transported please see last photo – this can be touched up or replaced.

Missing Parts

• Letterbox and rain sill end caps missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk in to the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £120.00 total inc VAT, this will take 7 days to be delivered to us.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.
• We have not ordered the glass as it can be distorted, clear or frosted.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
