uPVC French Doors with Sidelights in woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘REHAU’.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
• Some light scratches in the glazing internally (see photos), however these are barely visible and do not effect the integrity of the glazing in any way.

Security

• High quality 9 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ and 1 ‘LSH’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 41.2cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 157.3cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 198.5cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has Gold Georgian Bars internally (inside the glazing). These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units – please contact us for a quote.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Black.
