Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Missing handles and Sill End Caps which can both be purchased online for a small expense.
• Missing one Georgian Bar which sticks onto the glazing for the middle pane.

Security

• 4 point ‘Elite’ locking system making it very secure.
• No Keys with this window as these come included with new handles.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing, and Georgian bars stuck externally on the panes. The internal bars cannot be removed so if you require plain glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely – please contact us for a quote.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Cream, with a matching frame either side.
