Condition

• Brand new and has never been installed.
• Excellent condition on both sides.
• The external frame and sill have paint flecks on them, which could be removed with a solvent cleaner.
• Slight mark on the internal side of window which could be easily touched up.
• Missing sill end caps – these can be purchased online for a small expense.

Security

• 8 point locking system making it very secure.
• Keys are not required for this window as it can be securely locked shut by turning the handle.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing and also externally stuck to the glass, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely – please contact us for a quote.

Colour

• Professionally powder coated in Grey (similar to RAL 7038) and internally powder coated in White, with a matching frame on both sides.
• The handles are Black and the hinges are Silver.
