Brand New uPVC Casement Window in Grey, bespoke made to a high quality by ‘The Residence Collection’.
Would cost around £700 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Security
- 4 point locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys with this window, however it can be locked shut using the child safety latch handle. New handles complete with keys can be purchased online for a small expense.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Distorted glass with a decorative texture.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
